Meteora from 1 November: pick the wrong day and you'll miss half the monasteries 🏔️
Meteora is a group of monasteries built on top of rock pillars in Thessaly, Greece. In winter each one closes on different days.
I'd go at the weekend. It's the only time all six are open.
1️⃣ Great Meteoron: 09:30 to 15:00, closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
2️⃣ Varlaam: 09:00 to 16:00, closed Thursday and Friday
3️⃣ Roussanou: 09:00 to 14:00, Sunday to 16:00, closed Wednesday
4️⃣ Holy Trinity: 10:00 to 16:00, closed Thursday
5️⃣ St Stephen's: 09:00 to 13:00 and 15:30 to 17:00, closed Monday
6️⃣ St Nicholas: 09:00 to 16:00, Sunday from 09:30, closed Friday
