Bolzano at Christmas: Italy's market that runs to 6 January

Italy's Christmas market that runs until 6 January 🎄 Bolzano is my favourite Christmas market in Italy: Alpine, a little Austrian, and open into January. 1️⃣ The dates: 26 November 2026 to 6 January 2027, opening at 17:00 on the first night 2️⃣ The hours: craft stalls 10:00 to 19:00 daily. Food stands stay open to 22:00 Monday to Wednesday and Sunday, and to 23:00 Thursday to Saturday 3️⃣ The one day: closed on 25 December. On 24 December it shuts at 16:00, on 31 December at 18:00, and on 1 January it opens at 11:00 4️⃣ After Christmas: from 27 December everything runs 10:00 to 21:00 It's on Piazza Walther, with more stalls along Via della Stazione, and it's free to walk in. By train it's about 35 minutes from Merano, 30 to 55 minutes from Trento and 1.5 to 2.5 hours from Verona. Merano, Bressanone, Vipiteno and Brunico have markets too. 👉 Swipe for the dates and hours.
